A verified dealer quote platform connecting homeowners and builders in Jammu & Kashmir with construction-material dealers — tiles, sanitaryware, and CP fittings — through competitive sealed quoting.

What we do

Buying construction materials in the valley today means visiting five shops, repeating yourself five times, and still wondering if you got a fair price. We change that. Submit one request describing your project. Verified dealers send competitive quotes. You compare and pick — only paying a small reveal fee when you're ready to see who they are.

Dealers get high-intent customer requests without the cost of paid ads. Customers get genuine choice without losing a weekend.

What Grihpa is — and is not

Grihpa is a software platform for quote requests (RFQs), sealed dealer quoting, and contact reveal. We charge platform fees only — not commissions on material sales.

  • We are not an auction house or live bidding venue for goods.
  • We do not sell tiles, CP fittings, or sanitaryware.
  • We do not hold buyer funds, escrow material payments, or take payment for the underlying dealer–customer sale.
  • We are a connector: the sale of materials happens directly between customer and dealer after quotes are compared.

Products & services

All paid features are digital and delivered instantly — no physical goods are shipped by Grihpa.

  • Dealer portal subscription — monthly or yearly access to respond to customer RFQs in selected categories.
  • Per-RFQ platform access — one-time fee to view and respond to a single customer quote request.
  • Customer contact reveal — one-time fee to unlock a dealer's identity after quotes are received.

How we make money

Two simple revenue lines, fully disclosed on our Pricing page:

  • Customers pay a small reveal fee (₹99 – ₹599) to unlock dealer contact details after quotes are received. The request itself is free.
  • Dealers pay either per RFQ (₹199) or via a monthly/yearly subscription for platform access in their category.

Where we operate

We started in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, where the founder grew up. The valley has a strong but fragmented dealer network — exactly the kind of market a transparent quote platform can serve well. As we add verified dealers we will expand across J&K and beyond.
