Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so most fees are non-refundable once value is delivered. The rules are below in plain language.

1. Customer reveal fees (₹99 – ₹599)

Reveal fees unlock dealer contact details immediately after payment. Because the value is delivered the moment the contact is shown, reveal fees are non-refundable once a payment has been captured.

Exceptions where we will refund within 7 working days:

  • payment was captured but the reveal failed to deliver due to a technical error on our side;
  • you were charged twice for the same reveal (duplicate transaction);
  • the request was cancelled by us before any reveal was unlocked.

2. Dealer per-request access (₹199 / category)

Per-request access is consumed the moment you view a customer's request. Non-refundable once viewed. If you paid but the request was withdrawn by the customer before you viewed it, we will refund or credit the fee within 7 working days.

3. Dealer subscriptions (₹1,499 / month and ₹11,999 / year)

Subscriptions activate immediately and grant access for the full billing period.

  • Cancel anytime: you can cancel a subscription from your dealer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — no pro-rata refund is provided for the unused portion of the current billing period.
  • Failed activation: if you were charged but the subscription did not activate, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
  • Duplicate charges: refunded in full within 7 working days of confirmation.

4. How to request a refund

Email grihpa@gmail.com from your registered address with:

  • your payment reference (Razorpay payment ID starting with pay_, or Cashfree order/subscription ID);
  • the date of payment and amount;
  • a brief reason for the refund request.

We respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment partner back to the original payment method and typically reflect in 5–7 working days, subject to your bank.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues are resolved faster directly. Disputed chargebacks for fulfilled reveals or used subscriptions will be contested with payment records.
