Terms of Service

Grihpa is a B2B quote platform that connects homeowners and builders in Jammu & Kashmir with construction-material dealers (tiles, sanitaryware, CP fittings, and related categories) for competitive sealed quoting.

The service is operated by Abhishek Sharma, a sole proprietor based in Jammu and Kashmir.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. By creating an account or submitting a quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

• Customers: submit a request for quotes (RFQ) and receive competitive quotes from verified dealers. A small reveal fee unlocks dealer contact details after quotes are received. See our Pricing page.
• Dealers: access incoming customer RFQs via per-request platform access or a monthly/yearly subscription.

Grihpa provides software and matching services only. We are not an auction house, do not conduct auctions of goods, do not sell construction materials, and do not hold buyer funds or escrow payments for material purchases. We are a connector, not a party to the underlying sale of materials between customer and dealer. We do not warrant the quality, fitness, or delivery of any product.

Payments are processed by our authorised payment partners (currently Razorpay and/or Cashfree Payments). By making a payment you agree to the relevant processor's terms. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Paid features are digital platform services delivered instantly. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• submit false, fraudulent, or duplicate requests;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute dealer information;
• use the service for anything illegal under Indian law, including harassment or impersonation;
• attempt to bypass payment, reveal, or rate-limit mechanisms.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

We perform reasonable due diligence on dealers (KYC, GSTIN where applicable, customer feedback) but cannot guarantee the conduct of any individual dealer. You are responsible for evaluating quotes and completing your own checks before transacting.

The Grihpa brand, logo, and product copy are the property of Grihpa (sole proprietorship). Dealer photos and listings remain the property of the respective dealers, licensed to us for display on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grihpa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or transactions with dealers. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid feature is limited to the amount you paid for that feature in the preceding 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
